Barelle Limited is a Sub-contract sheet metal fabrication & powder coating company dedicated to providing high quality ,cost effective products with an efficient,hard working and friendly service From our manufacturing facility we can provide you with the quality & assurance required to get your project or product on time.We do this by offering our customers a complete service covering all processes of Sheet metal fabrication from start to finish.
This is achieved by working closely with our customers and to design what their looking for by using 2D and 3D modelling OR if our customers have 3D models designs already, we can import these files and begin the production process.
We work with many different materials across a range of industries ,working to tight tolerances and producing a very high standard of finish.We have dedicated MIG & TIG welding areas that are flexible enough to handle parts up to 6 metres long. We can also accommodate large repeatable orders by making jigs & fixtures for consistence results.
Our machines allow us to cut a variety of different materials accurately and at speed.We provide precision cutting form .6mm to 6mm and over a range of material including Mild steel , Zintec , Galvanised steel , Aluminium , Stainless steel , Copper , Brass and Pre-coated materials.Our punches are programmed with CAD, RADAN and BOOST software which are network linked directly to our machines.This system ensures dedicated nesting of parts which reduces waste material.
We uses the latest DURMA & TRUMPF CNC Pressbrake machines which gives us the capability of folding material up to 3mtr.The computer software allows for accurate folding and tolerances on a variety of complicated parts , also allowing us the facility to make minor bending adjustments were needed through a range of material from .6mm up to 10mm.
We only use quality powders supplied by recognised manufactures to insure that our customers parts get the highest quality finish.
