Our in house design engineers can help customers is all aspects of the manufacturing process form materials to value engineering.Making sure that the most cost effective product is produced leaving our customer in no doubt about the outcome.

This is achieved by working closely with our customers and to design what their looking for by using 2D and 3D modelling OR if our customers have 3D models designs already, we can import these files and begin the production process.

once the design has been approved and our customer is happy and doesn’t require us to alter or change the design , they sign off on the completed drawing pack and we then begin the process of tooling the part using our RADAN / BOOST software.

When this has been done we select the material and nest the parts for punching or laser cutting on the required machine.Following this all information is transferred to our manufacturing department where the part goes through the various CNC Punching and folding machines ensuring accurate tolerances and quick turnaround.

Further to this the parts may then go through other fabrication processes ,welding , grinding , hardware insertion depending on the requirements.

The finished parts are then sent to our powder coating plant for coating.
