We manufacture a large range of sheet metal parts for a variety of products, form PDU units / Substation units and Low voltage switch gear. We work with many different materials within this sector from Galvanised, aluminium and zintec.

We fabricate all sheet metal parts from the internal galvanised floors, shelves, dividers and roof panels right through to the external powder coated walls and doors all finished in the specified RAL colour. We also offer stud welding so if you door requires an earth stud or additional studs for mounting components that’s no problem.

In addition to the sheet metal parts we can fully fabricate frame work for Electrical enclosures , cabinets  and kiosks in a range of different sizes. We first fabricate the box section steel sub frame than the exterior cladding is fitted and welded, ready to be sandblasted and powder coated. Once powder coating is complete  all locks ,hinges , gaskets etc are installed ready for delivery.
